Sometimes a really exciting opportunity comes along, and for work or family reasons you just can't take it. Presenting at the LIBER (Ligue des Bibliothèques Européennes de Recherche - Association of European Research Libraries)'s 42nd annual conference in Munich this month was one such, but thanks to Izaskun Lacunza and Friedel Grant at LIBER, I've been able to contribute to a marketing workshop discussion anyway via an interview.
