Below is an infographic aimed at the retail sector, from eMarketing Solutions. I think it's important to run libraries like a business (in most respects) and I want to draw from non-library marketing sources for this blog, as there's a lot we can learn from outside our own profession.
For libraries, we're doing most of the stuff below already. It's common sense - but it's worth being reminded anyway! I'd say stages 7, 9 and 10 are some of the most-often overlooked.
